Registration Fee includes:

 

For Delegates and Post graduates:

 

1.            Welcome Reception on 9.02.2006

2.            Entry to the Inaugural ceremony

3.            Workshop kit with identity badge, abstract book, souvenir, copy of the programme and Lecture book, invitations, meal coupons.

4.            Lunches, morning & evening Tea/Coffee on all 3 days

5.            Dinner on Feb 10, 2006

6.            Banquet on Feb 11, 2006

7.            Admission to all scientific sessions, trade exhibitions and social evenings

8.            Hotel/ Airport or Hotel/ Station transfer by Taxi for all registered persons.

9.            Transport from Hotel to Workshop Venue in the morning and back in the evening.  Transport to and from Cultural and Social Events.

10.        Packed Meal for Delegates leaving on 12.02.2006.

8.      Hotel/ Airport or Hotel/ Station transfer by Taxi for all registered accompanying persons and children below 10 years.

9.      Transport from Hotel to Workshop Venue in the morning and back in the evening.  Transport to and from Cultural and Social Events.

10.  Full day Accompanying persons programme as detailed later

Please Note:

 

1.         Applications of Postgraduates students should be forwarded through the Head of the Department.

2.         Registrations will be accepted only on the registration forms or its photocopy.

3.         Due to the 2 other International conferences accommodation cannot be guaranteed for registration received after 15th December, 2005.

4.         Spot Registration – The Registration Counter will be open from 8 am on 10.02.06 and 11.02.06.

5.         Confirmation and Receipt – A receipt with registration number will be sent, this should be presented at the registration counter to obtain the Workshop kit.

Cancellation of Registration:

Cancellation request received up to 15th Jan, 2006

 

  1. Refund of Registration fee (with deduction of 25% per individual)
  2. Accommodation advances is non refundable
  3. After 15th January, 2006 – No Refund
  4. All refunds will be made by Cheque only in favour of the delegate concerned after 28th Feb, 2006.
